Praveen Reddy
Co-Founder
Praveen most recently served as Director of Finance & Strategy at Delta Air Lines from 2016 - 2022. Prior to joining Delta, Praveen served as a Vice President in the Financial Institutions and M&A Groups at Goldman Sachs from 2009 - 2016. Prior to that, he worked in the Corporate Investment Banking division of Wachovia Wells Fargo Bank in Charlotte, NC from 2006 - 2009. Praveen earned his B.S. in Finance with honors from the University of Florida.
Sumeet Patel
Co-Founder
Sumeet most recently served as a Managing Director at Ardea Partners, a boutique investment banking advisory firm, from 2018 - 2022. Previously, Sumeet worked at Goldman Sachs from 2009 - 2018 as a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group, Investment Banking and held several positions at GE Capital from 2006 - 2009. Sumeet earned an M.S. and B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida. Sumeet is a CFA Charterholder.
Diana Shaw
Chief of Staff
Diana graduated with her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on strategy and entrepreneurship. Diana has worked at pre-seed startups and interned as a venture fellow at 11 Tribes Ventures. Prior, Diana worked in strategy and analytics roles at Capital One, Deloitte, and Gartner. Diana earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
